Art in the Octagon

A welcome return for this annual extravaganza from the High Peak Artists group.

Dates:-
Monday 14th July
Tuesday 15th July
Wednesday 16th July

10am – 5pm each day

30 members will be showing their work and each one will also be demonstrating their skills on their stands.
These will include wood turning, jewellery making, weaving, silk painting, pottery, printmaking, photography techniques and lots, lots more.

Come along and chat to your favourite artists like Sandra Orme, Louise Jannetta, Pauline Townsend, Rita Chang & Tracey Coverley.  Meet new member Rebecca Clitheroe and watch special guest artist Carl Longmate create his colourful landscapes & people portraits. It’s a great event and what’s more it’s free to enter!

The event is also entered in the Buxton Festival Fringe and last year was nominated for Best Visual Arts event.
